This philosophy has always distinguished the company’s daily work, allowing it, in time, to look to the future with optimism. In addition to design, engineering and in-house manufacturing, the products are the result of high quality raw materials and innovative production processes.

Nuova Osmo concentrates its energies in a specific kind of production, which respects the ethical values of process and product, according to the regulations governing the “Made in Italy” factors and in this way certification has been obtained. This stands as an example of manufacturing excellence, rooted in a historically industrial area that takes advantage of the most up-to-date technical skills, to which the creativity of Italian designers have given a determined additional value.

The originality of products has brought the attention of international juries, amongst which the selection for the ADI Design Index 2010 which is assigned every three years, the” Compasso d’Oro Italiano” award and the “Good Design Awards” in Chicago. Nuova Osmo, under the name of Osmoteck, has received an award for the best product at the Grand Design Ethics of Milan with the capacitive touch tap named “Hook” and won nominations at Gaia Awards Dubai 2009 and Idéo Bain of Paris 2008.

Keeping in-line with the company’s mission and taking to heart the theme of respect for the environment, Nuova Osmo places the focus on values related to environmental protection and sustainability. Having joined a project set up by the Lifegate Network, the printing of any paper product, starting from the catalogue, is followed as according to requirements of zero-impact emission of C02. Nuova Osmo is also helping to reforest part of a prestigious park in Milan.

The history of the company began in 1992, thanks to the foresight of entrepreneur Uber Giulini Neri, who sensed the need to specialize in the production of a particular sanitaryware item principally requested in overseas markets that is to say shut-off showers. The young and dynamic company gradually expanded its production capacity by adding complements and accessories for taps and fittings, keeping in-line with all the technical requirements due to operate in the international markets, enlarging the range of each item finishes.
