The history of the company began in 1992, thanks to the foresight of entrepreneur Uber Giulini Neri, who sensed the need to specialize in the production of a particular sanitaryware item principally requested in overseas markets that is to say shut-off showers. The young and dynamic company gradually expanded its production capacity by adding complements and accessories for taps and fittings, keeping in-line with all the technical requirements due to operate in the international markets, enlarging the range of each item finishes. The company is situated in san Maurizio d’Opaglio, in northern Italy, where the main production district of the Italian sanitary fittings lies, and occupies a total area of 7500 square meters of which 5800 are dedicated to the production division, offices and technical laboratory, being the real creative “heart” of the company. Nuova Osmo is focused on research: the company invests time and money developing materials that offer an alternative to conventional brass and recognizes the value of patents, in a highly competitive market such as that of sanitary fittings. Various materials compose our products like glass, ceramics, stainless steel and special manufacturing processes (such as aluminum anodizing) inhibit the release of toxic substances like nickel, lead, zinc and copper when the products get in contact with water. Over the years, Nuova Osmo has been awarded with many international Quality Certifications related to production processes or distributed products, bearing witness to its reliability.
