The history of the company began in 1992, thanks to the foresight of entrepreneur Uber Giulini Neri, who understood the need to specialize in the production of a particular sanitary ware item for the bathroom environment, principally requested in overseas markets. The young and dynamic company gradually expanded its production capacity by adding complements and accessories for taps and fittings, keeping in-line with all the technical requirements required by the regulations of the international markets of reference, enlarging the offer of range and finishes of each item. In Orta San Giulio, in northern Italy, where the main production district of the Italian sanitary fittings lies, the company occupies a total area of 7500 square meters of which 5800 are dedicated to the production division, offices and technical laboratory, being the real creative “heart” of the company. Nuova Osmo focuses its intellectual and professional skills in research, investing time and money in the development of alternative materials from brass and recognizes the value of patents in a highly competitive market such as that of sanitary fittings. Using various materials like glass, ceramics, stainless steel and manufacturing processes such as the anodizing of aluminium, allows for products, which when in contact with water, are able to inhibit the release of toxic substances like natural nickel, lead, zinc and copper. Over the years, Nuova Osmo has been awarded the most important international quality certifications, relating to production processes or distributed products, bearing witness to the seriousness in which Nuova Osmo goes about its own work.
